7075 aluminum billet

7075 aluminum alloy is a cold‑worked, forged alloy, known internationally by designations such as EN AW‑7075 and A97075. Zinc serves as the primary alloying element, with magnesium content ranging from 2.1% to 2.9%. Its tensile strength reaches 524 MPa; when produced via spray forming and subsequently subjected to T6 heat treatment, its tensile strength can increase to 642 MPa. With a density of 2.81 g/cm³, it exhibits a fine grain structure—improving deep‑hole drilling performance and enhancing tool wear resistance—and boasts high strength, making it one of the strongest commercially available aluminum alloys. Key characteristics include excellent mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and anodizing capability, rendering it suitable for aerospace, mold manufacturing, and machinery applications, particularly in aircraft structures and high‑stress components. The alloy’s strength can be further enhanced through heat treatment; however, its resistance to stress corrosion decreases as zinc and magnesium contents rise. Different heat‑treatment conditions also influence stress‑corrosion resistance: the overaged T7351 condition offers superior stress‑corrosion resistance but at the cost of reduced strength. By contrast, the T73 condition provides higher fracture toughness along with outstanding resistance to both stress corrosion and exfoliation corrosion, making it ideal for critical load‑bearing parts in aircraft structures. At ultra‑low temperatures of −196°C, the pre‑aged 7075 aluminum alloy demonstrates a dual enhancement effect—increased elongation and improved hardening capacity. Furthermore, semi‑solid slurry of 7075 aluminum alloy can serve as feedstock for die casting and semi‑solid forging processes. The principal grade, 7075‑T651, is widely employed in the production of precision components such as high‑end bicycle frames.

Aluminum coil

Aluminum coil is a metallic sheet produced primarily from aluminum through casting‑rolling and rolling processes. As an industrial metal product, it finds extensive applications in construction, electronics, packaging, machinery, and transportation. Its manufacturing process complies with technical standards such as ISO 9001 and GB/T 3880‑2006, employing methods like direct casting of aluminum ingots followed by continuous casting and rolling. The product is widely used across sectors including construction, electronics, packaging, machinery, transportation, as well as emerging fields such as new energy, electrical engineering, and rail transit. Based on alloying elements, aluminum coils are classified into series 1 through 9. Series 1 alloys (e.g., 1050) offer high purity at low cost; series 3, containing manganese, are suitable for humid environments; series 5 aluminum‑magnesium alloys are employed in aircraft fuel tanks; and series 7, rich in zinc, provides exceptional hardness and is commonly used for aircraft structural components. During machining, tool material should be selected according to silicon content; high‑silicon aluminum alloys typically require diamond tools. Coil thickness ranges from 0.2 mm to 10 mm, with thin sheets of 0.8–1.2 mm frequently used in construction and 0.6 mm specifications preferred for pipe insulation. Surface‑treatment technologies, including anodizing and color coating, meet both decorative and corrosion‑resistance requirements.

Re-wound aluminum rod

The re‑winding process offers significant advantages: the winding is neat and orderly, tension is uniform, and concentricity is high. It addresses the common issues of loose, uneven winding found in standard aluminum rods, and is compatible with automated wire‑drawing, cutting, and welding equipment, thereby substantially boosting downstream processing efficiency and reducing material waste.

6-series aluminum sheet

It offers the best overall performance, with moderate strength, excellent toughness, and outstanding machinability; it can undergo anodizing, resulting in uniform coloration and strong adhesion. It also exhibits good corrosion resistance, making it suitable for a wide range of indoor and outdoor environments. After heat treatment, its strength is significantly enhanced, while it remains resistant to deformation and maintains high dimensional stability. With exceptional cost‑effectiveness, it is the most widely used aluminum alloy series.
