Product Overview
Aluminum granules are spherical or ellipsoidal high-purity aluminum particles produced from pure aluminum ingots through melting, die‑casting, cutting, and precision finishing and polishing. The product features a smooth surface, free of oxide scale and impurities, with uniform particle size, high reactivity, and excellent flowability, making it a widely used metallic raw material in industrial production.
Product material
High-purity aluminum granules (**99.5%, 99.7%, 99.9%** pure aluminum), free of inclusions, iron powder, and oil contamination, with a dense internal microstructure, ensuring complete combustion and stable reactivity.
Product Specifications
Common particle sizes: 1–3 mm, 3–5 mm, 5–8 mm, 8–10 mm, and 10–15 mm. Custom sizes are available upon request, as are spherical or cylindrical aluminum granules and pellets.

1. Steelmaking Deoxidation: Used as a deoxidizer and desulfurizing agent in the steelmaking and casting industries to enhance the toughness and purity of steel.
2. Chemical raw materials: chemical displacement agents, reducing agents, industrial gas production, and water treatment and purification.
3. Refractory materials: refractory castables, insulation materials, and heating agent formulations
4. Fireworks and Pyrotechnics: Raw materials for fireworks, firecrackers, and pyrotechnic compositions that produce light and heat
5. Casting and Die Casting: Alloy Casting, Aluminum-Based Alloy Formulation, and Auxiliary Materials for Die-Casting Melting
6. Spraying, metal powder metallurgy, building material filling, anti-corrosion materials
Packaging and Storage
Packaging: 25 kg per woven bag, with a moisture-proof inner plastic liner; sealed packaging.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area, away from moisture, open flames, and acidic or alkaline substances; keep sealed to protect from moisture.
