Core Parameters
Alloy composition: Primarily aluminum (Al), with magnesium (Mg) added at 3%–5%. Common grades include 5052, 5083, and 5754.Thickness range: 0.3 mm–100 mm; standard widths: 1,220 mm, 1,500 mm, and 2,000 mm; custom options available.
Condition: O, H32, H34, H112; toughness and strength can be adjusted as required.
Surface treatments: natural finish, anodizing (available in multiple colors), electrophoretic coating, and powder coating; the white‑base surface can be customized.
Product Features
High strength and high toughness, with excellent fatigue resistance and minimal deformation; exceptionally corrosion‑resistant, particularly to seawater, making it ideal for outdoor and humid environments; excellent weldability, compatible with various welding processes such as GTAW and oxy‑acetylene welding; no tendency toward stress‑corrosion cracking; outstanding formability, suitable for stamping, bending, and cutting.
Applicable Scenarios
It is primarily used in outdoor, marine, and industrial anti-corrosion applications, such as shipbuilding, offshore platforms, bridge decoration, outdoor billboards, automotive components, shipping containers, chemical equipment, and refrigeration systems. It can also be employed in architectural curtain walls and interior decoration where high strength and corrosion resistance are required.Packaging and Storage
Packaging: Moisture‑proof laminated packaging (white‑base laminates available upon request), secured on wooden pallets to prevent scratches and oxidation during transit. Standard packaging is 2,500 mm per unit; packaging dimensions can be customized to meet customer requirements.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse, away from moisture, open flames, and acidic or alkaline substances. Protect from direct sunlight to prevent surface oxidation. When stacking, avoid excessive weight to prevent deformation of the aluminum panels.
