Material purity: 99.00%–99.99% pure aluminum (common grades: 1050, 1060, 1070)
Thickness range: 0.2 mm–50 mm; width is customizable (standard widths: 1,000 mm, 1,220 mm, 1,500 mm).
Condition: O (soft), H14, H18 (hard); adjustable upon request.
Surface treatments: cold-rolled natural finish, anodizing, powder coating, and film lamination (white‑base film lamination available upon request).
Product Features
It has a soft texture and excellent ductility, making it easy to bend, stamp, and weld, while exhibiting outstanding thermal and electrical conductivity. Its surface is smooth and free of impurities, with good corrosion resistance (it does not readily oxidize at room temperature). With a low density of 2.7 g/cm³, it is lightweight and offers high cost‑effectiveness. It is non‑magnetic, non‑toxic, and odorless, meeting environmental standards.
Applicable Scenarios
It is primarily used in applications that demand high material purity and excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, such as electronic and electrical appliance housings, heat sinks, food packaging, medical devices, decorative panels, nameplates, and aluminum foil substrates. It can also serve as a raw material for further processing, enabling the production of rolled thin aluminum sheets and aluminum strips.Packaging and Storage
Packaging: Moisture‑proof laminated packaging (white‑base lamination available upon request), secured on an external wooden pallet to prevent scratches and oxidation during transit; standard packaging is 2,500 mm per unit, with package dimensions customizable to meet customer requirements.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse, away from moisture, open flames, and acidic or alkaline substances. Protect from direct sunlight to prevent surface oxidation. When stacking, avoid excessive weight to prevent deformation of the aluminum panels.
